KELSTON GROVE

Kelston grove is a busy street, it is full of life and expanding families. The majority of houses are sat away from the road with many dropping away or sat way above the highway level. Parking spaces are in short supply and our client requested our services to assist in the planning approval of South Glos Council for the increased drive space and drop curb requirements. We retained the neighbouring garden and excavated as necessary to achieve a suitable sub base depth. Our client decided the exposed aggerate concrete finish best suited her desired look.
